  6. Fraud Prevention
    • If abnormal activity is detected (e.g., multiple redemptions, suspicious accounts, or abuse), Trae reserves the right to revoke eligibility for the discount.

  1. Why doesn’t my current bill change after redeeming the code?

    The discount code applies only to your next auto-renewal cycle and does not affect the amount already paid for your current billing period. You can check your next billing date and amount in Plan & Billings.

  2. Can I cancel my subscription after binding the code?

    Yes, you can. However, if you cancel your subscription before the discount takes effect, the offer will automatically become invalid and cannot be reactivated.

  3. Can I use another discount code after redeeming one?

    No. Each account can only have one valid discount code per billing cycle.

  4. Will the price automatically return to normal after the discount period ends?

    Yes. Once the discount period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the original price.

  5. How can I check my redemption status?

    If you see a “Redemption successful” message after applying the code, it means the discount has been successfully bound — no further action is needed.
